L.A. Turbine is Founded

L.A. Turbine is a privately held family-owned and operated business established in 2003 to provide aftermarket services for non-OEM turboexpanders. During this time, when turboexpanders would fail, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) – instead of equipment specialists—were called to repair the machines. The quality of service was poor and often, turboexpanders problems went unresolved, resulting in plant shutdowns and loss of revenue. LAT’s Founder John Maskaluk saw an opportunity to deliver a higher level of customer service and turboexpander expertise to customer sites and seized it.

L.A. Turbine quickly becomes recognized as a responsive, reliable and knowledgeable resources for turboexpander repair and service.
